
Hannah Tran
Hannah returns to PASL as the Communications & Research Manager, after previously serving as a program manager. Prior to joining PASL, she was the founding Director of Learning at College Together, where she built the core academic program and coaching practices that helped students earn associate and bachelor degrees in just 2.1 years on average.
Previously, Hannah served as Program Manager at Year Up Greater Philadelphia and was a founding English teacher at the Academy at Palumbo. She has led professional development with the Philadelphia Writing Project and serves on the advisory board of the Race Institute for Kâ12 Educators.
A three-term AmeriCorps alumna, Hannah has deep roots in service and regularly volunteers at her local community center’s meals program. In her spare time, she enjoys tackling her annual reading challenge and checking out restaurants and cafes.
Hannah is a proud Philly native and Central High School alum (259!). She holds a B.A. in Sociology from Columbia University and M.S.Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania.
