Instructional Leadership Academy (ILA) is a year-long professional learning experience that strengthens principals’ data-driven leadership to improve instruction, advance equity, and boost student achievement. Now in its fourth year, ILA welcomes 22 new participants from district, charter, faith-based, and alternative schools.
