Kristy Len has served as principal of Charles W. Henry School since 2023. Under her leadership, teacher attendance of 90% or more days has increased by 3.3%, PSSA Math proficiency for Grade 3 has increased by 8.2%, PSSA and Keystone Math proficiency for grades 3–8 has increased by 4.7%, and STAR literacy proficiency for grades K–8 has increased by 6.1%. She has also cultivated five new school partnerships, ensuring that all students have access to a well-rounded educational experience, and led Henry’s transition to becoming a Relationships First school focused on restorative practices, which has contributed to a reduction in out-of-school suspensions.

Kristy began her career in education as a Fulbright Teaching Fellow in South Korea, followed by 10 years teaching middle school in public schools in New Orleans and Washington, D.C. Returning to Pennsylvania, she served as a coach, curriculum specialist, and assistant principal in the School District of Philadelphia before assuming her current role as principal of Charles W. Henry School in 2023.

Kristy Len grew up in Allentown, PA and attended Parkland High School.
